Using the service
Ryde EV provides access to a website, mobile applications, and electric ride-booking services. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully, provide accurate information, and follow any safety instructions or community standards we publish.
Accounts and bookings
You are responsible for information associated with your account and for activity that occurs through it. When you request a ride, you agree that pickup details, destination details, timing, and pricing information may be used to match and complete your trip.
Payments and cancellations
Ride charges, fees, refunds, credits, and cancellation terms may vary depending on the trip, city, promotion, or support resolution. Where payments are handled by third-party processors, their terms may also apply to the payment transaction.
Safety and acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with the platform, impersonate another person, harass drivers or support staff, or use the service in a way that creates safety, legal, or operational risks. Ryde EV may suspend or limit access where needed to protect the platform or its users.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Ryde EV reliable, but availability may vary by city, driver supply, charging conditions, maintenance needs, and technical issues. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
