An airport transfer is a scheduled booking, made the same way as any RYDe Reserve trip. It is not a ride requested on the morning of the flight, or in the arrivals hall, and hoped for: the vehicle and driver are held for the time you chose.

No. RYDe does not monitor flights or adjust a booking when one moves. Choose a pickup time that leaves room — Lagos traffic on the way out, landing and baggage on the way in — and the driver arrives for the time you set.
